Continental breakfast, coffee, and socializing begins at 8:30, and the meeting begins at 9:00 A.M.

Visitor Parking Permits are available at the kiosk on Cooley Drive as you come into campus.

After picking up your free visitor permit (if the kiosk isn’t staffed, pull up to the remote, push the button, and the permit will be delivered upon request)

You can park anywhere on campus with your visitor’s permit, but be sure to park “head in” as cars are ticketed that are backed into parking spots.

Parking in the Green lot next to the kiosk will be the closest to Building 3 / Room 118/119, where we will be meeting.
